System of a Down [BELOW] have to be one of my favourite bands. Not only do they make great music, but they are damn amsuing too.

Their lastest album is called 'Toxicity'. It's got 'Chop Suey' and 'Toxicity' on it, which are probably System of a Down's most recognised songs. My personal favourites include 'Forest', 'Shimmy' and 'Bounce'.

If you haven't heard them then it is worth borrowing an album or downloading some of the tracks. Of course this is just my opinion, so you don't have to!  

Tenacious D are sooo funny, their latest album, called 'Tenacious D' is great.

Apparently Jack Black (below right) and Kyle Gass (below left) used to have a TV show in America called Tenacious D, about those two in a band of the same name. I've read that they came up with even better songs than the ones on this album! If that's so, I really hope they release them over here because this album is brilliant. I can't wait for their next album already, I hope it's as good as this one. Buy this album, you will love it. Get them well known over here so we see more of them. The music quality is amazing and they are very talented.  

They may seem a bit old, but their music just never grows boring for me. What ever mood i'm in there's always something by Nirvana that cheers me up.

They are most well known for the legendary song, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit', which was released in 1995 (correct me if i'm wrong). Recently it has been remixed with 'say my name' by Destiny's Child, which i thought would ruin teen spirit, but in actual fact I don't think it's bad at all.

Some other of my favourite Nirvana songs include 'Lithium', 'Where did you sleep last night', 'You know you're right' and 'All apologies'.

Muse have released a number of great songs such as, 'Plug in baby', 'In your world' and my personal favourite, 'Time Is Running Out', which hapens to be their latest release. Their most rescent album is 'Absolution', but Origin of Symmetry, is probably their most recognised album.

I think everyone has heard of them, even my little sister has, and she is extremely under-educated in the topic of decent music! There are so many legendary queen songs, like the classic 'Bohemian Rhapsody', 'We are the champions', 'Bicycle', 'A kind of Magic', 'Fat bottomed girls', 'Flash' (the flash gordon theme), 'Heavan for everyone', 'I want to break free', 'Killer queen', 'Radio ga ga', 'Don't stop me now', 'Under pressure' (which distracted me all through exams!) and perhaps most famously 'We will rock you'.  

Their most recent song is 'Did my time', it's pretty good, although it should have been used in the film 'hulk'. "I feel the anger changing me'. C'mon it fits so well!

There's not much to say really, other than they are one of my favourite bands. They aren't particularly recognised. But some of their better songs are 'The Middle' and Sweetness'. After a bad day 'the middle' always manages to cheer me up.
